Patient Information Leaflets accompany most medicines, from the simplest pain killer to those providing life-saving medication. They help those using medicines take safe, informed and accurate decisions about them and so it is crucial that they are easy to understand. Within the EEC every manufacturer of medicines is obliged to test the instructions given in their PILs with members of the public to ensure that they are indeed legible and understandable. has been conducting Market Research with consumers for many years and the competencies this requires equip us well to conduct PIL Testing.
